Since joining the Ocean Park Graduate Trainee Program in 2014, I have been assigned to different teams and have gradually progressed from a Trainee to managerial role. My responsibility is to manage retail store in the Water World, and lead a team of thirty members.

During the one-year Graduate Trainee Program, the park provides opportunities for us to transfer through various departments, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of the Park's products and overall operations. Mentors are also assigned to follow up on our internship progress and develop training and career development accordingly. This enables me to acquire diverse practical skills by experiencing frontline and supervisory roles, further establish my own career path.

I believe that working at the Park is both enjoyable and challenging. The park encourages us to constantly challenge ourselves and explore new things. It differs from typical office jobs as it provides many opportunities for employees to show their diverse talents, broaden their horizons, and gain valuable experiences.
