Responsibilities

  • With 6 years of operations work experience in service/aquatic recreation field, of which at least 3 years in supervisory capacity

Aquatic Safety Trainee Program
Program Structure

During the 15-month period of this program, the selected trainee will be given a series of comprehensive training on park knowledge, service delivery, communication skills, aquatic safety skills and risk management and trained to be the best aquatic safety professionals in the aquatic industry. Aquatic safety professional will provide a fun and safe trip to our guests in the waterpark, monitor and prevent accidents in the water park slides, lazy rivers and all other water attractions. Upon successful completion of the program, with qualified lifeguard certificates and satisfactory work performance will be considered to offer long-term employment as a Aquatic Operator.
