Being the Management Trainee of Food and Beverage Department, during the 2-year program, I was rotated to attach more than twenty departments to obtain different knowledge and experience the job tasks. These experiences enrich my working experience and also equip me with communication and interpersonal skills. The Park also provides me with different kinds of training to equip myself as a management level. Management Trainee Program offered us with overseas learning opportunities. We have the opportunities to visit and learn from different theme parks in different countries.
When I finished job rotation and returned to Food and Beverage Department, my supervisors gave me lots of chances to try different types of duties to explore my interest and strength.
There are many challenges and I feel satisfied and being recognized when I face the challenges and encouraged by superiors and colleagues.
I am delighted to see the improvement either at work or the ability to deal with people here. I hope that I can keep exploring all my possibilities and make continuous progression in the Park.
